This opportunity comes at a very exciting time of growth for our e-commerce store; CUT Store, as we are opening a bricks and mortar retail space in Surry Hills. Launching March 2022.

We are looking for a passionate Digital Design Coordinator who will manage our e-commerce store, social media and all wholesale graphic design needs. It is a very diverse role with a huge amount of growth opportunity!

A successful applicant will be ambitious, flexible, a lateral thinker, detail oriented, aligned with the CUT values ​​and excited about being a part of one of Australia’s fastest growing fashion businesses.

This role requires a flexible candidate with a minimum of 3 days availability per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Retail Manager to drive continued growth and profitability through our e-commerce channels
  • Design & implement engaging digital content including social media planning and execution as well as all email marketing
  • Design & develop digital strategies and promotional plans together with our digital marketing agency, to maximise digital growth
  • Back of house operations including stock management, new product arrivals and visual merchandising for online store
  • Maintain a high level of customer service for all email correspondence, online enquiries and web chat
  • Assist wholesale team with all graphic/digital design tasks required to generate successful sales tools such as new collection linesheets and look books and management of our exclusive B2B online platform

Key Requirements:

  • Ideally come from a fashion retail background with at least 1-2yrs in a similar position
  • Skilled in using Shopify
  • Skilled in Adobe InDesign
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong brand alignment with the CUT brand universe
  • Can-do attitude, hands-on and responsive
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Work independently and as part of team
  • Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team
  • Analytical skills experience with Google Analytics (or similar)
  • Highly organized with great communication skills
